The game is great overall but needs some improvements 1. The continue last game feature doesnt seem to work properly. The game starts and i play for 10 seconds then Im back to the home screen 2. AI needs improvement. AI players just keep attacking until it is no longer possible leaving their defenses vulnerable to attack 3. World domination is the only game mode available. The game would be more enjoyable with other modes like Missions and Capitals

1. I have had no crashes, no bugs, and it seems to be an all round well functioning app. 2. While it doesnt maintain the same level of excitement as the board game, its fun! Both single and multiplayer brings a great experience that I have recommended to my friends. 3. Its rewarding and satisfying to win! And a loss teaches you how to play better in the future. 4. Its cheap at a grand whopping total of $0.00. I know I know, you have to pay for extras, but the basic game itself is already full of entertainment and fun. 5. Its better than monopoly app, risk app, and some other apps made by larger companies who should have had better development teams.

Great game, but u cant play with other people well. Will start a game and and then pause it, then go back and it says the game is gone and all that progress is lost, please fix!

I downloaded the app and tried to play the game. Each time after I select a map and load, the screen will go black and stay black. I love risk but this app is really bad. Not sure who developed this one but I have tried 7 different times and same result. I tried deleting the app, and reinstalling as well as several other things. Save your time and $$ and just the the knockoff version that actually works. If o could give zero stars I would.

I love this game and play the app frequently. There are several fixes that would make this app outstanding. One big one is as others were posting, the expert level AI needs a lot of work. I win nearly every game against the "experts" I play. Which brings me to my next issue... Ive won a lot against "expert" and yet Im still ranked as a "novice." Ranking should be based on all play, not just against "friends", which first of all, half the games I play dont register for some reason anyway, and secondly they are too hard to arrange anyway because all players need to be present for the entire game. Its too hard for people in their busy schedules to play a game all in one sitting. Please develop a similar style to solo play for the games with friends. The next issue is one that everyone i know who has this app has had fault with. You should be allowed to hit "back" after moving from "attack" to "fortify". It can trick you into hitting "attack" when you want to attack, which then essentially ends your turn! Lastly, its almost impossible to sweep a win toward the end of a game in any other time setting than 5 min turns. That should be the minimum time available. If, God forbid, you accidentally left the 1 min 20 sec default turns on, then blitz dice are an absolute must, and then forget making strategic moves... Its a race to just get through one continent, let alone several to take the victory when it would have otherwise been completely within reach.

I enjoy Risk and have played this app version well over 100 times. Im disappointed that in lieu of increasingly stronger AI at each level (Novice to Hard, & Hard to Expert) the increased difficulty of the game relies more in the dice roll than game intelligence. After 50+ games, my two primary rolls were ones or twos. After 100 games, the two is most often rolled. I would prefer to see more game intelligence where the computer can choose to go both proverbially left and right (roll then move a portion of their army one direction, then to come back in the same turn and move the remaining army another direction). What happens instead is the computer player will generally go in one direction and complete their turn. While that is beneficial to me, the human player, I am in turn forced to endure consistently low dice rolls where there is seemingly no amount of armies great enough to overcome a single computer army on the board. I would hope for more randomness in dice rolls. If thats not possible, please make it so sixes are what is rolled most often!

I love this game!!!!

Was using the tutorial to learn how to play, and once I got to the first "Fortify" phase, the tutorial banner saying "Troops used in battle move into a conquered territory..." Never goes away or progresses to a new message. It stays on screen and prevents me from both playing and learning. Pretty weak intro to one of the biggest games in the world.

It was a fun game at first. Then I would play with CPUs and I never won one of the dice rolls.... That makes it impossible to win so it ended up being a waste of a token and a waste of download and space in my phone

The way they set the difficulty is simply making the dice roles drop in favor of the AI. On medium, I lost 14 roles out 16 in a row. WASTE OF TIME.

Great iPad implementation of a classic board game. For true fans. Suggestion: add an option to find a random live person online to play against. Can only play against those on your same network right now.

Really enjoyed game, but dice is rigged on hard difficulty, as a lot of other people have said. Instead, AI should just make smarter moves on hard.

I love the board game, but I hate this app. I was not able to create an account to even play the game.

I try to load up and start a game but instead it goes to a pitch black screen and never loads.

1. Error when signing in through Game Center. 2. Sign in through Facebook requires an auto-jump to and from the Fb app, but that also glitches the Risk into an eternal loop. I finally got in by getting my Facebook password generator first, then signing into Risk within the generators 30-second window. Its like wants us NOT to sign up. 3. No back button in Settings! Im stuck there. I tried using their help function, but that had no back button either! 4. Heres the kicker – going through App Store, and selecting Riskss App Support to report issues....the support link is broken!!! Hasbro, you seriously failed. Get your A-Game back on!
