Black screen

I never write reviews. But when I buy the full version of a game my general intention is to play the game. However every time I attempt to play a game it loads until I select a map, then the screen goes black. This has happened every single time over the past few weeks so I have yet to even experience the issues some of these people are going through as I have never been able to play a single game on the full version. Or the free version for that mater. Ive tried deleting the app, turning off my device, and waiting several days in between attempts. Ive resorted to playing a knock off (also which I payed for) until this issue is resolved. I wouldnt be as upset other than the fact that I spent like 6$ on something that fails me every time. Please fix this...
