Where is the old version?

I have the older version of RISK that EA released as a paid app (with no micro transactions) on my iPad. I tried finding it for iPhone so I could play it on my 7 plus, but all I could find was this garbage. The older version was simple and enjoyable to play with a sleek modern war feel. This new one is too cartoony and the game play is just cumbersome. Why would you take a step back with this mess EA when you could have just built upon the previous app? Because the original RISK for iPhone is no longer in the App Store, if I want to play RISK I will just have to play it on my iPad. Its a shame because I would really like to play it on my phone when my iPad isnt available, but I cant because this app is just awful.
