Hasbro doesnt seem to care.

Among the many problems with this app, perhaps the most frustrating is the lack of customer care. There is no easy way to contact support regarding issues(is this intentional?). Now to the other problems, 3 out of my last 5 wins never were added to stats/ranking, so whats the point in having a ranking system?? (Paid IPad Version) there is also no way to view your game history...This app horribly needs an update, when players leave the game, the computer that takes over moves SOOO UNNECESSARILY SLOW. It would also be nice to be able to turn off the fancy animation and have a 2D board option too for faster gameplay, are they trying to waste our time ?? The app is also very impersonal with a severe lacking in player to player communication during and outside of games. There should also be a way to view others profiles and 1 click button to report issues with players, such as collusion/cheating.
